CheckMy.Vision Ray-Bans Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The giveaway is organised by CheckMy.Vision, a trading name of IbisVision Limited, with its
registered office at 60 St. Enoch Square, 5th Floor, Glasgow, Scotland, G1 4AG.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Meta (Facebook or Instagram). You are providing your information to the Promoter and not
to Meta.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of CheckMy.Vision, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Complete the CheckMy.Vision online vision check, and
Submit their details via the completion of their vision check at https://shorturl.at/4ndyS
No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
Entries that do not comply with the above requirements will be disqualified.
4. Entry Period
The competition opens at 00:01 on 18/08/25 and closes at 23:59 on 10/08/2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
5. The Prize
The winner will receive one pair of Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses (model subject to availability).
No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomised process within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone (using the details provided on entry) within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://recheck.ibisvision.co.uk/privacy-policy.pdf
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
